Ale Price Reductions, Stay Out to Help Out and Real-Ale Festival

Wetherspoon real ale price reductions, ‘Stay out to Help Out’ scheme and British classics real-ale festival.

Real-ale price reductions

Wetherspoon has reduced the price of a pint of real ale in our pubs.

In the majority of our pubs, Ruddles will cost £1.29, Doom Bar £1.49 and Abbot Ale and guest ales £1.69 (all prices are per pint and may vary per pub).

Wetherspoon’s founder and chairman, Tim Martin, said: “Our pubs serve a wide range of real ales at all times, all kept in first-class condition.

“We are confident that these value-for-money prices will be welcomed by customers.”

Stay out to help out

Prices have been reduced at Wetherspoon’s pubs in the UK on a range of meals and drinks, every Monday to Wednesday, until Wednesday 11 November.

The meals on offer include an 11" Margherita pizza with soft drink, for £3.99, and a classic 6oz beef burger with chips and soft drink for £3.99.

A traditional breakfast (fried egg, two rashers of bacon, two hash browns, baked beans, sausage, tomato and toast) will cost £2.99 and a small breakfast £2.49.

The pubs are also offering three small plates for £7.50, as well as desserts at £1.99 each and mini desserts at 99p each.

There is a choice of 21 small plates in the three-for-£7.50 deal, including nachos, halloumi fries, chicken wings and nine varieties of pizza (8").

Coffee or tea (with free refills) will be available for 99p, and all soft drinks, including Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Pepsi Max cherry, Sanpellegrino and R White’s Lemonade, plus 20 other canned and bottled soft drinks, will cost 99p each.

Tim Martin continued: “The government’s Eat Out to Help Out scheme was extremely popular with customers and a great boost to the hospitality industry.

“We are keen to offer our customers a superb choice of food and drinks at great value-for-money prices.”
